General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Chona,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thanks for sharing your concern with us .
In your Chest X ray , some infiltrates are visible in upper lobes which are indicative of Pulmonary Tuberculosis , chronic inflammation OR scar . If it's because of TB also then there is no need to worry as proper treatment will cure it .
I would highly recommend you to consult with pulmonologist about it and take proper treatment as needed .
I wish you good health.
Best Regards ,
DR.S.TOMAR
